  Music from the Park

  This CD was released in 1998, it is hard to believe that Walt Disney's Animal Kingdom has been open that long already. It is background loops and compositions of music used in the park. It is not show tunes or ballads. It is really nice soothing music, and nearly an hour long. I could imagine this music played in a spa as well. The 16 title tracks are1. Tree of Life One2.   Animal Kingdom- Sounds of...

  What can I say but, this is really about the sounds of the park. When you listen to this, and close your eyes, you'll swear that you are there! I closed them, I felt like I was there so much that I am now planning another trip to The Animal Kingdom plus the rest of the world next year. This music is that good! I was concerned about the price, not anymore! It is wonderfully relaxing, soothing, and happy all in one. The packaging was awesome. The shipping speed was very quick.   For Those Who Want More

  If you've been to the Animal Kingdom at Walt Disney World, then you've seen the rides and attractions. And, if you're like me, you're curious about how the Disney Imagineers actually created these attractions, then this is a book you want. It doesn't reveal everything, but it does give the inquisitive mind a bit of substance to digest, beyond the usual Disney fluff and sales hype. As much as can be squeezed into any field guide, Disney's Imagineering Field Guide to Disney's Animal Kingdom gives you a working knowledge of "how'd they do that?" It's invaluable for the trivia minded as well.   As a Disney fanatic, I have found this series of books to be a wonderful treasure. The Animal Kingdom is a wonderful continuation of this series, and, in many ways, is the best one yet.   Disney behind the scenes.

  For all you Disney-aholics, this was a great behind the scenes book that tells much about Animal Kingdom that is not public knowledge. It takes each 'Land' in AK & gives background, foreground & sideways looks at what is and what might have been. Very enjoyable book, as were the ones about MK & Epcot.   An enthralling interactive brochure/special for first time visitors and veterans

  Watched Blu-Ray version on a 37 inch 1080p Sharp Aquos using a Slim PlayStation 3.Purchased at $18.99.-1 Blu-Ray disc containing Disneyland Resorts: Behind the Scenes (51 min), Undiscovered Disney Parks (44 min), and Ultimate Walt Disney World (44 min) of both locations, and Extras-1 DVD with the same content as the Blu-Ray, and a Digital Copy. The Digital Copy included includes 3 .mp4 files (Disneyland Resorts: Behind the Scenes, Undiscovered Disney Parks, and Ultimate Walt Disney World) that you simply copy off the DVD yourself. There is no code to redeem through iTunes or Windows Media Player, but I did import them into the iTunes library.-Blu-Ray case is inside a cardboard slipcase.   Everything you might want to know about the Disney Parks..

  Picked this set up today at one of the local stores. Thought I'd share some comments.The set consists of six DVDs, each in an individual thin case - which are stored in a cardboard sleeve. Most of the videos are "widescreen", but a few are "full screen" 1.33:1 ratio and they all lack close-captioning. These videos document what there is to do at the parks and attractions, with a lot of interviews of park employees and with actual customers. It does start to seem like a hour long commercial for Disney, but I guess that is expected given that it's a detailed look at a theme park and it's attractions.Listing of the discs;1) Walt Disney World Resort: Behind the Scenes. 52 minutes with two extra features; What's New in the Haunted Mansion & Stitch's Great Escape. Not sure just how long each of the extra features are - but they seem to be around 8~12 minutes. This DVD reminded me of the History Channel's documentary... 5/5 K.   bluray vs dvd version

  I plan on picking these up in the near future...Please keep in mind that the 6 pack dvd version contains more then the blu ray. Why? Don't know...you would think all of it would be on blu ray. Just keep in mind that if you buy the blu ray that you get the same movies on dvd + 3 more and all the extras.   Verifying the magic - I was there.

  This is a wonderful look behind the scenes at a truly magical park. I had the priviledge of working for Walt Disney Imagineering from 1996 through 2000. My main assignment was supporting the engineers' computers during the construction of Animal Kingdom. As I recall Melody was all over the place and now I know why. She has done a spectacular job of documenting how the park was put together.   Little Gator in Gainesville, FL didn't care for video

  My son is 15 months old and loves the Disney Sing Sing Along videos that feature the children singing. His favorite is Beach Party and I thought he would love the Animal Kingdom video. There is to much time between songs to keep his attention. Also, Flick gives short educational updates that break up the flow of the video. My friend's three year old daughter also found the video boring and I can't even give it away. In addition the quality of the photography involving lighting does not meet Disney's normally high standards.   This was really disappointing. We have all the other live action Disney sing alongs, in preparation for taking our 4 year olds to Disney World in February, and this one was not up to par. Fun at Disneyland is much better, as is Campout at Disney world. I didn't mind hearing about the different animals, but as soon as they announced the contest among the children to photograph the most dangerous animal, I just had to roll my eyes and *sigh* -- I knew a lecture about human encroachment was coming.   A bit of Disney Magic back home

  When its months and months until your next trip, this DVD and the companions DVDs for the other parks bring the magic back home.   This product unfortunately looks very cheaply made once it arrives. It is only battery powered and does not last long. I order 2 and 1 of them arrived broken into several pieces.   Santa gift from disney loving kids who wanted alarm clocks

  Delivery was quick. Seller was great. we are not impressed with the product. Our kids who requested Mickey (4 year old son) & Minnie (8 year old daughter) .. not sure who prompted who...
