  Disney Cinderella

  PROS: The box is easier to open than most. Without scissors, I had her out of the box in minutes. That is a compliment not given lightly. I've spent upwards of fifteen minutes getting a doll out of a box.She's pretty. She's made by Mattel, the makers of Barbie, and this shows in the loveliness of her features and the head/body proportions. She comes with a ring for your child and the prettiest "glass" slippers.CONS: She came with those little plastic stabbed through the back of her head to keep her positioned properly in the box and to keep her crown on. My daughter wanted to remove all of them. They don't pull through so now the doll has these sharp little bits of plastic still in her head.She seems cheaply made. She's lightweight. Her dress is attractive but thin and flimsy. Her legs don't bend. And she's pigeon toed. The last is possibly a result of positioning in the box.   Glass slippers and all!

  My SO is a huge Disney fan, so this was special. She loves it! The little glass slippers are a great touch and the kids ring is a nice little extra. Any little girl or Disney Princess fan will love this.Note that Disney has several quality lines. This is the economy line.   Goes perfectly with pumpkin carriage!

  I recently reviewed the transformable carriage, if you are looking for a fairly inexpensive Cinderella doll to match it, this is perfect! To try and get all these matching things can add up, but for 14.00 I think it's a great item (the price is not 14.00 here on Amazon) I have seen other Cinderella dolls for 25.00The differences are that the more expensive one has a better/fluffier dress and necklace.The crown is also blue and sparkly but those little things for me don't make a difference and my niece doesn't seem to notice either. It comes with this blue plastic ring, my only thought on it is some children still love to stick things in their mouth, if your child is one of them, I don't advice to give that to them. It's not made well, also the edges on mine were on smooth so it scratched so we just threw it away.Overall I do like this product and I think this will bring much happiness to any girl that loves Cinderella. 3/5 KO (UT United States) - See all my reviews, November 21, 2012

  Great little toy... not for little kids

  I bought this toy on sale recently as a Christmas present for my 3-year old son, and was lucky to have got it almost 66% off the list-price. We had seen it at the Petersen Automotive Museum the day before and he was taken in by the Allinol gasoline pump that comes with the toy. The Lightning McQueen model that comes with this is plastic with painted on logos (no stickers) and measures about 3 inches or so in length... its smaller than the diecast Lightning McQueen that my son already has. Setting this up was very simple. The gasoline pump needs 6 AA batteries, and Lightning McQueen has a rechargeable battery. Off the box, it took about 15 minutes for the car to be charged.The actions of the car are very realistic... especially, the mouth movements when the car talks seem straight out of the movie. Its also very fast. However, its actions do become a little repetitive.   This 'toy' is not for toddlers.It really is amazing, but not for toddlers.It is a 1:55 scale robot car. It takes roughly 20 minutes to fully charge. Once charged, Lightning McQueen comes alive.There are three modes to this robot car. In mode one, there are seven animations. In mode two, there are four animations.In mode three, there is one animation. You need space to play with this. The car is extremely fast and will drive away on you.The play is fun, but this is not the same as the other Cars toys.This will not stand up to kid play.
