  Insightful and provocative

  Matt Ross' first feature film, 28 HOTEL ROOMS, follows a novelist and an accountant that turn a one-night hotel fling into a string of adulterous meetings. The audience acts as a voyeur to 28 various hotel stays and sees the relationship that develops between the two. The scenes are intimate and the dialogue feels realistic and natural. Both actors give strong performances and the overall design of the film is polished and provocative.   Swift, Sultry, and Sexy

  28 Hotel Rooms is a sleek drama about a writer and businesswoman having an affair through out their travels in the United states in a myriad of hotel rooms. The film is put together much like an affair; not many details of the characters are revealed (would you tell your mistress everything about your life? I sure wouldn't...) and the overall mystery adds to the steamy scenes through out the different hotel rooms. The two characters get thrown into an on-the-road relationship that grabs your compassion despite being an affair.   A Tryst (or 29) of Two Lives

  "28 Hotel Rooms", a Matt Ross film starring Marin Ireland and Chris Messina, starts with a "chocolate explosion" slice of sex in a hotel room.The sex is heated, nameless, youthful, all sweat and raw nakedness.And then there's another hotel room, then another, and another, and more after that.Each room has a different number, as they meet in different places, one being a novelist, the other a rising businesswoman.I've played with the notion that the room numbers MEAN something, but I'm probably wrong.Three movies came to mind as I watched this seductive entrancing movie."Same Time, Next Year", "When Harry Met Sally", and "9 Songs"."Sally" because it follows the same pattern of watching an evolving relationship through the passing years."Same Time" for basically the same reason, as it comes closest to that 1978 film starring Alan Alda and Ellen Burstyn."9 Songs" because of the erotic sexual nature of what is basically a series of... 4/5 Aaron J.   The great thing about the Nintendo DS is that there is so much innovation to it. Hotel Dusk: Room 215 is a game that has been done time and time again, but on the DS they can take it to a new level, and strangely it works really well. For any gamer looking for a sophisticated, engaging story, Hotel Dusk: Room 215 is right up your alley. It's engaging, simple, but still manages to be a complex game full of heart. Those who really enjoy Film Noir will also really get a kick out of this.Kyle Hyde is a former NYPD detective. His partner was Brian Bradley. Under circumstances unknown Kyle ended up having to shoot Brian and his body fell into the Hudson River. The body was never recovered, but Kyle still believes that Brian is alive.   Another stylish and unique title exclusively for the DS

  I'll be honest, I didn't really have high hopes for Hotel Dusk: Room 215 from the time I had heard about the game making it's way over here, but thankfully I was pleasently surprised with the results. Taking the point and click genre to different levels on the DS, Hotel Dusk makes you turn your DS sideways to play it, making it look like you're playing an open book instead of a video game. And book is the word to describe this unique game, as Hotel Dusk pays numerous odes to the crime-noir fiction of yesteryear with it's engaging story, colorful characters, and dark and mysterious atmosphere. Hotel Dusk: Room 215 puts you in the shoes of Kyle: a disgraced and grizzled former detective trying to piece together a puzzle surrounding the people staying at Hotel Dusk. There is more to the story, but revealing any more would ruin the surprises that are abound throughout this game, and the intricacy of the game's story is probably the most surprising thing of all.   This game was one of the most engaging, enthralling games to come out in recent history. After making , and hearing the fans response that the game was too easy; this company went all-out. Deep and complex storyline, interesting and ever-changing cast of characters, and overall sense of being pulled into the game. The mysteies in the story go deeper and deeper.Dont fool yourself. The game is long....and difficult. You wont be able to beat this right away. However, you will think about this game constantly until you beat it. Some parts are easy (talking to different people for long sets of time, mini-games and puzzles).   Finally, a long cord that carries the juice

  If you're tired of that short cable that comes with your iPhone 4 or iPad 3, these are great. They carry the necessary wattage to charge both power-hungry units when some cables out there simply won't do it. Not sure why. Wire too thin? Not enough conductors? It's a mystery.All I know is that I now can plug the power supply in a wall outlet and the cable is long enough to reach the bed or easy chair without an extension.Good price too. Get them before the 30-pin form factor becomes hard to find now that Apple has, yet again, abandoned their own standard. First they forced this crazy non-standard 30-pin connector on us, and now have forced another smaller -- but still non-standard -- connector on us with the iPhone 5.Oh well, at least this long cable works. 5/5 Daniel A.   This is a great small electronic safe! It's built wide and deep rather than tall so it can fit under most beds. It can easily be secured to the location you choose. It has a nice little light on the inside that auto-illuminates when the door opens. It has a battery backup external pack (if ever needed) and a physical proprietary key to open the safe in case of battery loss or forgotten key code. The inside is padded with plenty of space.   Received item in a timely manner. However, the LED light doesn't work. Thought the battery was no good. Changed to fresh one, still no good. The screen/display doesn't show anything at all. Swipe cards doesn't work either. The only thing that does work is the beeping sound whenever a button (A and B) is pushed. The two keys that included can open the safe with no problem. Other than the interior LED and the swipe mechanism don't work, safe can still function with the keys. Decided to keep it. Shipping it back might be more trouble than its worth.
